Te puna, whare rōhi hoki (tau 3 ki te 6)

Kindergarten & Rose Cottage (3–6 Year Olds)

Michael Park Kindergarten has opted for the Ministry of Education “20 hours” scheme. However, the funding rates for ”20 hours” have been calculated to cover the minimum regulated standard and do not cover the actual operating costs associated with the delivery of an outstanding quality early childhood education based on our special character and philosophy.

In order to keep our service financially sustainable, of a high quality and reflecting the special character and philosophy of Michael Park, we request that parents choose to be part of “20 hours” and actively support the special character and philosophy by agreeing to pay the outlined Kindergarten Special Character Donation request.

Donations are tax deductible and are requested at the beginning of the year.

Please contact the RSST Finance administrator, Haidee Thompson, for further queries either via phone (09 525 8994) or email [email protected]

Kindergarten Special Character Donation (4–6 year olds)

$4,986.00 per child per year

Or, if parents decide not to opt for the Ministry of Education “20 hours” scheme, we request $420.00 per week, per child (GST inclusive).

Kura Akomanga tahi ki te tekau mā rua

  • Attendance Dues
  • Special Character Donation
  • Board of Trustees Donation

We request that parents actively support the special character and philosophy by agreeing to pay the donations (outlined below) and the compulsory attendance dues.

In addition, before commencement, there is a one-off request to support the development of Michael Park School.

Donations are tax deductible and are requested at the beginning of the year.

Please contact the Board finance administrator, Raewyn Farley, for further queries either via phone (09 525 8995) or email [email protected]
