🥕🥔🥬 Today our school lunch bar fundraiser is brought to us by Class 6, and on the menu is warm, nourishing Hungarian Stone Soup. 🍲✨

The story of Stone Soup tells of hungry travellers who arrive in a village with nothing but an empty pot and a ‘magic’ stone. “We’ll make stone soup!” they said. The villagers were curious – who could eat a soup made from a stone? But, one by one, everyone added a carrot here, a potato there, a sprinkle of herbs… and soon the pot was bubbling with the most delicious soup the whole village could share. Together, they created a meal far greater than anyone could have made alone – a beautiful reminder of community, generosity, and sharing.
